Phillips drive Flat Head ZINC PLATED Self-Drilling screws are #8-18 (18 threads per inch) #2 Point. Zinc plated is a plating that is applied electrically to fasteners that prevents oxidation of steel by forming a protective barrier. Flat head style is ideal for countersunk holes. Meets F.I.P.-1000.7 for torsional strength and drill speed. Meets ASTM A 510 for carbon steel manufacturing. Zinc plating meets ASTM B-117 for salt spray corrosion. Each box contains approximately 10,000 screws (25 pounds).
